Today, I ordered a pizza and a 16-yuan boneless fried chicken ticket. It was obviously written that there were 2 boxes of 8 fried chicken per box, but she only gave me one box. I didn't find it until I got home, so I went to the store to find them again. They only made a new one for me, and they didn't apologize. It was very cold. Is it easy to bully because we are Chinese? I'm very angry about this. I won't come to this store again.

A friend ordered me pizza for my birthday, and it never showed up. I called the store 3 times and the second time i was told they would resend the pizza and apologized. The third time i called was 40 minutes later, and was very rudely told by the manager that the delivery driver did in fact deliver to my house. I had been home at this point for over 36 hours. No it was not. It is not my fault your driver delivered to the wrong house. I’m understand the frustration of having to lose out of ingredients, but why was i made out as the bad guy for waiting 2 hours for my food. I ended up standing outside for 40 minutes to try receive my food.

Ordered 9 Pizza Pies for a Birthday Party and when I came to pick it all up, asked for a little Crushed Red Pepper on the side, at this location they wanted to charge a few extra bucks for it, which I thought was strange. I ended up paying extra $ for it, but I've always had Dominos never make an issue regarding that request before & never charge extra for it.

This review is purely for amazing Mia. My order got messed up and my other delivery driver was rude and she got my pizza remade so quick and delivered it to me personally. She was so kind and so helpful . Thank you queen! Philip was my driver that delivered my pizza who knows where. He called me and had major attitude. He was insistent that he checked the address multiple times but still managed to deliver it somewhere else because he described a front door that was not mine. Other members of my same household have also had issues with him delivering the order wrong and then being rude to them too.

I have been ordering from this Domino’s for close to two years. I have always had a great experience. What lead me to finally leave a review was today’s order of the stuffed crust pizza. I had it a couple of weeks ago and it was good. Tonight’s order was exceptional!!! I believe the tracker said Emily prepared my order, my two pizzas ordered are delicious!!! Piping hot, fresh and the stuffed crust is so yummy. This location always does a great job from preparation to the timing of delivery. Thank you so much for always doing an awesome job of satisfying the customer. My husband isn’t always a fan of pizza but because of this location he loves when I order from here! 😀😀😀Keep up the great customer service!
